Feel Good Pineapple Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana - fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup kefir or coconut milk

  • 1-2 handfuls of kale

  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple

  • Add water to adjust consistency

 
 

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender

  2. Can be stored for up to 24 hours but best served immediately

  3. Enjoy!
