Summary

J'ai lu ce livre quand j'étais en 10e année. J’ai lu les versions anglais et française. Je ne lis pas beaucoup en français…lire l'histoire et la non-fiction en français seulement etait une peu compliqué parceque mon français n’est pas très bien mais
j'ai l'impression qu'une langue est parfois trop belle pour tout traduire.
Par exemple, les chansons françaises (et en ourdu) que j'écoute ne se comparent pas si je les traduis.

Alors, maintenant, je vais traduire en anglais….

So I kept both versions and until I have the courage to write completely in French, I will continue with English. This has to be one of my favourite books as it’s a beautiful little tale that also looks into real-life themes of the human condition. It follows a little prince who comes from a small planet and his journey across the universe as he visits the interesting inhabitants of the neighbouring planets. Themes of love, loss, friendship, and loneliness are explored as the prince struggles with his place in the world, what he values, and what he learns from friends across his path.
